Built for the BCEAA (Berkeley County Emergency Ambulance Authority, This 9900 square foot building has offices, bunk rooms, showers and locker rooms, equipment rooms and a drive-thru apparatus bay. This building serves as an ambulance station to serve southern Berkeley County and Martinsburg.

Apparatus bay was designed to hold 6 large vehicles, has floor drains, heated floor, and redundant HVAC systems.

There is also a large generator on site to provide power should electricity be interrupted.
